Winchester Model 1897 Solid Frame Field Grade Slide-Action Shotgun, #447169. 12 ga. 30'' plain barrel is choked Full. Early round forend has 18 grooves, and uncheckered semi-pistol grip buttstock has a black plastic buttplate. Mfg'd 1910. Condition is very good as reblued. Wood has few handling marks. Magazine tube shows some wear from use. Action is a bit sticky but functions correctly; bore is good and does not appear pitted. Est.: $250-$350. (C&R)
